It depends on the size and length of the file. Small documents and images are usually ready quickly. Long videos take the longest, because most video conversions re-encode every frame. AZW3 is Kindle Format 8, which Amazon introduced in 2011 to replace the ageing MOBI format. DOCX is Office Open XML, the format Word has produced by default since 2007 and an ISO standard since 2008.
