How do I convert MP3 audio to WMA without losing quality?

Upload the MP3 file and our converter chooses the WMA codec / bitrate combination that matches the source. Lossless target (WMA = WAV / FLAC / ALAC) preserves every sample; lossy target (WMA = MP3 / AAC / OGG) defaults to 192 kbps which is transparent for most ears.
